I’m a Biotechnology graduate (B.Tech + M.Tech), and I didn’t enter the fertility space because it was “trending.”
I entered it because I lived through the problem myself.
For nearly two years, I struggled with infertility due to Low AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) — a diagnosis that hits harder when you understand the science behind it. As someone trained in biotechnology, I knew what it meant on paper. But living through it as a working woman is a completely different reality.
Long work hours. Chronic stress. Poor sleep cycles. Irregular meals. Constant mental pressure.
All of it silently chips away at hormonal balance — especially ovarian health.
And yet, most women are never told this early enough.
Why I Focus on Working Women (Especially 9–5 Professionals)
What I noticed during my own journey is this:
Most fertility advice is unrealistic for working women.
It assumes:
You have time to cook complex meals
You can follow strict routines
You can quit stress overnight
You can visit doctors frequently
That’s not reality for women managing jobs, deadlines, family expectations, and mental load.
I realized the real gap wasn’t information — it was practical, structured guidance that fits a working lifestyle.
That’s why I started creating digital guides, planners, and educational content specifically for:
Women aged 28–40
Corporate & working professionals
Women dealing with low AMH, hormonal imbalance, or fertility anxiety
Those who want clarity without fear-based medical jargon
What I Do Now
I create science-backed, easy-to-follow digital products focused on:
Understanding fertility without panic
Supporting ovarian health naturally
Managing stress, sleep, and lifestyle impact
Helping working women take control before it’s too late
My content is not about false promises or miracle cures.
It’s about awareness, consistency, and informed action.
I combine:
My academic background in biotechnology
Personal experience with infertility
Real-world challenges of a 9–5 lifestyle
Practical systems that women can actually follow
Why I Share This Publicly
Because too many women are told something is wrong only when it’s almost too late.
If my work helps even one woman recognize the warning signs earlier, make smarter lifestyle choices, or feel less alone in this journey — then it serves its purpose.
This platform is built for education, clarity, and empowerment — not fear.
And if you’re here, chances are you’re already taking the first right step.
