BIO- ABOUT ME

I’m Alisha—a woman who has lived many lives within one. A student of science, a working professional, a mother, and above all, someone who understands how quietly heavy life can feel for women who are trying to “do it all.”

My academic journey began with biotechnology. I completed both my BTech and MTech in this field, driven by curiosity about how the human body works and how science can support life at its most fundamental level. At that stage of my life, I believed knowledge alone would prepare me for what was ahead. But life, as I learned, doesn’t always follow theory.

Professionally, I spent nearly six years working in HR recruitment. My days were structured—interviews, targets, conversations, and constant responsibility. From the outside, everything seemed stable and well-managed. But behind that structure lived another reality: I was navigating conception, fertility concerns, emotional uncertainty, and the invisible pressure that so many women carry silently—especially those balancing a 9–5 job while longing to become mothers.

There were days when I moved from office meetings to doctor appointments, from deadlines to deep worries, from professional confidence to private doubt. I learned how exhausting it is to show up at work while your mind is full of questions about your body, your future, and your dreams of motherhood. I learned how isolating that journey can feel when there’s no space to talk about it openly.https://www.booking.com/index.en-gb.html?aid=304142&label=gen173nr-10CAEoggI46AdIM1gEaGyIAQGYATO4ARfIAQzYAQPoAQH4AQGIAgGoAgG4Ary6pswGwAIB0gIkZDVlZjljMmMtYjUxYy00NjJhLWEyZTUtZDVmYzY1NjNiZjZk2AIB4AIB&chal_t=1770626363751&force_referer=

Motherhood, when it arrived, was beautiful—but it was not simple. It didn’t erase the challenges; it reshaped them. Parenting brought love, joy, and meaning, but also fear, learning curves, emotional overload, and the constant desire to do better—all while continuing to work, manage responsibilities, and stay strong.

What stayed with me through every phase was this realization:
There are millions of women walking this same path quietly.

Women who are educated, capable, hardworking—yet emotionally stretched. Women who are trying to conceive while managing careers. Women stepping into motherhood without clear, compassionate guidance. Women raising children while still learning how to care for themselves.

I couldn’t ignore that truth.

That’s where this journey began.

I started creating digital guides and PDFs not from a place of perfection or authority, but from lived experience. I combined my scientific background, my professional work experience, and my personal journey as a mother to create resources that are simple, realistic, and gentle—guides that respect how busy, tired, and emotionally full real women are.

These guides are for women who don’t have time for overwhelming information, extreme advice, or unrealistic routines. They are for women who want clarity, reassurance, and support that fits into everyday life—between meetings, family responsibilities, and moments of self-doubt.

This platform exists to say: you are not behind, you are not failing, and you are not alone.

Outside of work and motherhood, singing and dancing are how I reconnect with myself. They remind me of joy, movement, and expression beyond responsibilities. Helping others—truly helping, in meaningful ways—is what gives my work purpose and keeps me grounded.

This is more than a brand or a business to me. It is a space built with empathy, honesty, and understanding. A space for women who are trying, striving, loving, and learning—often all at once.

If you’re here, I want you to know this:
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need the right support, at the right time.

And I’m here to offer that—one guide, one step, and one woman at a time.
